LEAVEN:
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon cool water
3 tablespoons sourdough starter
mix together in a bowl and cover for about 12 hours on counter.
DOUGH:
5 1/4 cups all purpose flour
6 tablespoons powdered milk
1/4 cup white granulated sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
4 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups of water
Add leaven and mix
Place dough in covered bowl for 2 hours and let it rise
Grease pan and place bread roll in it and bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees
Remove from oven and let it cool on a rake or on parchment paper
Let it cool completely before slicing
